Method of Payment:

Club Penguin accepts several different payment methods for membership purchases.

For memberships purchased in US currency, US, Canada, Worldwide the payment methods are:

Visa Check or Money Order
Mastercard Pay by Cash or other bank transfer methods
Paypal

For memberships purchased in UK Currency, United Kingdom the payment methods are:

Visa SMS
Mastercard Maestro

We are working hard on expanding the number of payment methods and currencies we accept.

Please note: Payments sent directly to our offices will not be accepted.

Refund Policy:

Club Penguin memberships are non-refundable.
